We understand plans change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before a scheduled walk incur no fees. For changes within 24 hours, the full walk fee applies because of the impact on our schedule and commitment to our professional walkers.
Your dog’s safety is our top priority. Our walkers carry a pet-first aid kit and can rapidly contact your preferred veterinarian or emergency clinic when needed.
